Being Rahman

I can't get enough of this person's humility. On a question on how he gets time to choose fresh singers for almost every one of his projects amongst his tight schedule, he says "Out of the thousand voices, if 2 voices can get your attention, when it can make a person like me turn and look, won't it make the thousands of listeners, the better judges in music, want to listen to them...."

Many people flaunt humility as it is considered a virtue, making it vulgar. But he is one person I am seeing who lives it. I don't have anything more to say but to watch this adorable saint, in great admiration...

@Yogesh: i knew him from 9th std...he's one ardent fan of rehman, but only for the past few years he's putting his thoughts in words :)

@Rama: u never spoke abt him during our school days...few instance where u discussed abt Rehman is for Indian, then Jeans and finally Uyire :)

Two things i'm doing for the past 1.5 yrs :
1) wait for Rehman Album
2) read Rama's review and wonder how far his interpretation is away from mine.

He adores Rehman like godly persona. keep the good work going !!!!

a divine musician and a divine follower

:)

PS: enna Rama, ippo athigama Rehman pathi eludura ??? does that mean music is getting into u in a different form ????

@Srini: You are right that I adore him from Roja... Just in the last few years he started appearing in public more often and hence we come to know about his media interactions. When I come across something that strikes me instantly, and when I feel like recording it, I write... In the last few weeks happened to catch many interviews and hence the blogs... As always, music is an essential part of my every day life :)
