Mani Ratnam...look out for this!!!

Anyone wants a refreshing piece of love story akin to Mani's style of romance, here you go. I got this one in one of the forwards.

Actually this story (which I have removed now) was originally written by Rajesh.J.Advani and due to his request, I am removing this post. Actually, he suggested a part of the story to be given here and a link to the actual story at the end. But due to the dearth of time (Man, I am still working !) and lack of editing skills, I have removed the story and I am supplying the link to the original piece.

Here you go...

I promise you that this story would be worth a read.

That was great. But u have been so unfair - that u will take off it from ur blog if the copyright issue comes over, denying many ppl a chance to read it.

Most assuredly this one could melt my heart. Could certainly make a cool and easy romance movie. I only hope that Mani Ratnam makes more heart warming romances based on contemporary stories just like this one. Get well soon Mani!

And in case, Maniratnam happens to c this blog, I ahve a few suggestions. SRK as the boy, Asin as the girl, ARR as the music director.

Hey Ram, Maybe a link to the original author's blog is in order. The author's name is Rajesh Advani (http://rja.blogspot.com/)....

Hey Rams, thanks for the kind words about the story, though I'm still trying to make up my mind whether comparing it to one of Mani Ratnam's romances is a good thing :)

Copyright notices, or Terms and Conditions may be found at sulekha.com, which is where the story was first published. My own request, is that you use an excerpt of the story with a link to the original at Just Another Love StoryThanks for being nice :)

Fathima, violation of copyright issues is actually quite frowned upon (not to mention against the law). I've written about it on my blog just a couple of days ago.

And as for your casting suggestions - I'm gonna do the faint-in-shock movies-type-impression and collapse to the floor :)

aNTi, Thanks for the support!

Rajesh,
I've modified the post accordingly. Ur story was great man. Maybe u can send a link to ur other stories so that I can read them up when I get some free time (that seems a bit distant now)

-Ram.

Hey Rams,

Thanks for the kind words! Actually I've only published very little fiction on the net, so can't realy point out much. But you can check out the links on the sidebar of my blog if that helps.
Always more than glad to distribute the links to my work.

There's nice people like you on the net, and then there's others like the person who put up http://www.hgnetwork.co.uk/siye/viewstory.php?sid=3840

*sigh*

What can I say, eh?
