Ninaithom samaithom

Let me list down the things that have gotten cooked out of our kitchen.

Sambhar: drumstick, radish, capsicum, carrot, mixed veg, tomato-potato, etc
Rasam: the standard only one we know
Poricha kootu: Chow chow, onion (Naresh exclusive)
Vegetable poriyals/fries: Cabbage, carrot, potato, mushroom, beans, yam, cauliflower, ladies finger etc
Occasional dishes: Rice sevai, pasta, pongal, bisibelabath, bajji
Sabji: Mixed Veg, Aloo capsicum gobi and its variants, Cabbage curry, Capsicum curry etc
Regulars: chapati, dosai, rice
Biryani: Veg, mushroom
Fried rice: Carrot, capsicum, tomato, coconut, mixed veg, zeera, etc etc
Chutneys: Cocunut (white), coconut (red), mint, Mom's special
Other trials: Channa gravy

Some more wud hav gotten missed for sure...

On the way: Different kurmas etc...

Phew! Am amazed that the one time lazy goose who knew only to eat is cooking so many stuff all so easily... happy too :-)
